Special maharashtrian thali festival conceptualized by #PRestaurants

Authentic home-cooked delicacies have become a rarity these days. To bring alive this legacy, #PRestaurants got on onboard with Saee Koranne-Khandekar, a renowned food consultant and writer, who curated a special vegetarian maharashtrian thali for the Four Points by Sheraton kitchen.


Event creativeThe thali festival was planned for a span of two weeks in early September, only for dinners at the Asian Kitchen and priced at Rs. 375 plus taxes. At this attractive price, Saee designed two different menus, bringing alive long-lost maharashtrian recipes like Ghavhlyachi kheer and Ratalyache kaap. The thali offers delectable option such as dry vegetables, curries, salad, pickle, bhajia, puris, masala bhaat, dahi and the traditional desserts.



The festival saw an impressive visibility with the brand Four Points by Sheraton through print advertisement (Times of India, Hindustan Times, DNA, Maharashtra Times), Hoardings, pre and launch interviews in DNA editorial pages.

To enhance the visibility #NuvoFoodies organized a Chef’s Table, where Chef Mukul Jha hosted eminent food experts Senior food experts at thali festsuch as – Kalyan Kalmalkar, Rhea & Kurush Dalal, Sudha Ganapathi, Harini, Alka Keswani and Aditi Juneja.

From bringing a food expert on board, to designing menus, sharing real-time stories from the kitchen and increasing buzz through guests, #PRestaurants initiated a new platform for food-related events in #Navi Mumbai
